Our collaboration aimed to offer potential buyers a unique and immersive perspective, highlighting the value of the land.
The Requirements
When working on this project, Wager & Myatt Real Estate wanted a specific set of criteria to be met and integrated into this video:
Emphasize
Scale
In order to showcase the sheer size of the 3 parcel lot being sold, the use of aerial footage was a must. Drone footage helped to capture expansive aerial views of the property a clear perspective on the size and layout.
Land
Features
The Wager & Myatt team wanted to focus on specific elements of the property that increased the overall value. By mixing in some ground-level shots and close-ups with the wide angle drone footage, showcasing these features could be done in a cohesive way. The dock and walking paths were a must to show.
Surrounding
Nature
The biggest selling point of the parcels being sold was the waterfront and surrounding nature. From the daily swans that drift by to the beautiful Hay Bay and its fishing, the surrounding nature was crucial to show.
Our Solution
By incorporating these requirements into our creative brainstorming session, our team was able to deliver beyond what was asked by using a variety of filming and editing techniques. Through the heavy use of our drone and gimbals, we were able to capture the true elegance and beauty of this lot. An underlying opportunity was to not only showcase the property as is, but show the sheer scale of the property for potential development projects.
